Summary: Furniture was scratched up and the elevator 5 had the panel off and none of the light lit up when u pushed the button. I got the feeling that the elevator should have been out of service but we were in it.

Summary: Let’s start with checking get there and get my key card walk to room open it up and right away my daughter says I think this is someone else’s room. Bed was not made and there was food items out. So go back downstairs from the 9th floor tell them about the room she gives me

Summary: I came back to this hotel because it was very nice . This time around was not as great . The bed skirt was visibly dirty, the bathtub had hairs , wallpaper was piling off the wall in the bathroom . Had to wait for hot water to come through. Lack of bath towels and face towels after requesting. Other wise great location and reasonable rates.

Summary: The lady that checked us in was extremely rude. And I got a parking ticket for parking in the hotels parking lot. Won't stay there again.

Summary: I thought a Wyndham would be fine. The desk lady was great but the room was mediocre. Very noisy with road noise. But worst was no hot water. Shuttle driver was rude and late as well.

Summary: Upon check in they gave us a room that was already occupied. Great start. Back in the day when this was a Marriott, it was pretty cool. When a hotel becomes a Wyndham, it's not a good sign. BTW forget about the pool. It wasn't open when we were there and by reading other reviews, it's been that way for a while.
